Hey, you.
I see you trying to figure it all out. The weight on your shoulders. The pressure. Navigating work, relationships, family, friendships, health, and money while juggling uncertainty, anxiety, self doubt, and burnout. I know you’re doing the work, reading the books, listening to podcasts, and maybe even going to therapy, but making decisions and living the life you want still feels difficult.
How DOES one navigate all of this? How does one not feel alone in it? How does one live a life that’s authentic and true to themselves?
I can help.
Through a series of conversations, reflection, and targeted action, we’ll create the life you really want. We’ll work through what’s holding you back, process the challenging feelings coming up as you navigate, and help you find your voice and direction. We’ll uncover what you genuinely value versus messages we’ve all absorbed that just don’t help at all. We might even make friends with your inner critic. (Mine is called Brad. I’m pretty sure you have a Brad too.) Wherever you are in life – whether it’s crying or laughing or something else entirely, this will be a safe space for you to unpack it all.
Together, our mission will be to help you move forward, step into your power, and build the life YOU want.
About Kriti
I’ve been there. Sometimes, I still am there. I’ve been burnt out. I’ve quit my high pressure tech job (multiple times). I’ve been in therapy. I’ve been utterly lost, stuck and confused and wondered what else I could possibly even be doing to better my life.
Coaching helped me immensely. It supported me when I desperately needed clarity and a boost. It gave me unconditional support with a focus entirely on my goals, needs, and agenda. I’m now passionate about bringing coaching to others - because I know it works.
If you’re interested in more “traditional” stats - I was in Tech for the last decade, and before that Management Consulting. I’ve trained in coaching through the foundational program at CTI. My favorite part of my career so far has been working with people - from my peers, teammates, clients ranging from large Fortune 500 companies to individuals, and direct reports I was proud to manage. My second favorite part is that I’ve lived in 5 different countries, including the UK, France, and Germany, and have loved getting to know and coaching people all over the world.
